starting fleet setup

		start with no fleets at the beginning (your protection-time will be two days)

		select a starting fleet for your race (your protection-time will be 12 hours) these tricky fleets can deal with a lot of threats. the first fleet can fight several times without being destroyed completely. the second fleet can deal significant damage to a class 3 focussed fleet.
